Available in ready to use, 2 x 2.5 gallon refrigerated or frozen bags. Each bag has a production shelf life of 90 days refrigerated and 720 days frozen.

Handling Instructions:

For best results shake the bag vigorously before pouring into the machine.
If frozen, thaw for three days in refrigerator and then shake vigorously to thoroughly mix product (separation is normal)
Typical overrun in a batch freezer is 30-40%
Typical overrun in a continuous freezer is 60-70%
